Homecare Division
The Homecare Division serves 8 counties in Western New York, from
Buffalo extending into the Southern Tier. Laura Hamberger, PT
coordinates the team in the Buffalo region.
All of our warm, friendly and knowlegeable therapists work to provide
patients the highest quality of Physical and Occupational Therapy available
in Western New York.
Our therapists are:
- Fully insured.
- Experienced and trusted.
- Trained to recognize potential or impending medical problems or complications.
- CPR certified, and carry some first aide equipment.
- Communicate well with family and patients.
- Provided with cell phones or pagers.
Western New York Physical & Occupational Therapy Group provides homecare therapy to the homebound patient directly or through an agency. Patients are seen within 24 hours after notice to our Homecare office. Homecare services may be offered directly in cases where the patient is not necessarily homebound, but transportation to an outpatient facility is difficult or unavailable, or the convenience of homecare services is preferred. Some of the agencies who use our therapists are: The Catholic Health System, Rosa Coplon Long-Term, MDA, People Inc., Allegany County Department of Health and Cattaraugus County Department of Health
